Couch For Sale

This gorgeous sleeper sofa is covered with microsuede fabric which is awesome! This fabric will not  retain odors or stains and pet hair cannot work into it's fibers.

You can wash this fabric with soap and water and it will not leave a mark when it dries.

This sofa is two years old and has never been slept on hence the sale.   It has been kept covered with a quilt since I bought  it  and the quilt was washed weekly so it is in new and fresh condition.   

It is Rowe brand and has solid wood framing.  It is 87 inches long including the arms. It cost  $1400 new and I will sell for  $850 or best offer.
